How does OUTCO protect?

OUTCO client billing

Our invoices are highly accurate and based on service data held in our innovative Nimbus system, which provides complete visibility of works completed, matched to our individual operator activity. This also allows customers to keep track of costs which are yet to be invoiced. Customers can also view statements and download invoices directly from the portal.

We can offer bespoke invoicing and reporting solutions tailored to the specific needs of each customer. User security and validation is controlled directly from Nimbus, making sure data is safe and secure. Billing information visibility is controlled by individual user security rights and can be turned on or off depending on the end user’s issued access level – meaning someone who should only see service data does not have access to sensitive financial information.

We will also send a monthly activity report for additional service visits requested by the client, otherwise referred to as call-outs. This monthly report will show the dates and frequencies of call-outs made for each individual site. Clients will then be able to check this against our invoice sent at the end of each month, to ensure invoices for the customer requested callouts are correct.

Client billing in the OUTCO app

In the OUTCO app, the billing tab shows the value per job, along with billing preferences, with the ability to use selection based dynamic totalling highlighting costs in real-time. Customers can also use the app to view their current account and download invoices from the statement tab. The app includes details of any forthcoming activity and any escalation processes required. It shows additional services or deviations from an agreed plan in response to unforeseen circumstances, and provides reporting post-completion of all jobs, including any reportable issues encountered.

The OUTCO app also generates alerts and an escalation process. We can tailor the parameters for alerts to meet the individual requirements of a client so as to ensure full compliance with any client’s own directives.

OUTCO service notifications

Digital Job sheets are automatically issued to all teams and the service notifications sent to clients and service is validated once complete, followed by automatic completion reports.

The OUTCO difference

  • OUTCO tracks and cross references in real time (most other tracking solutions on the market can only offer retrospective tracking after the event). This means that each unique job raised every day can only be signed as complete on our system once several cross-checks have been verified
  • Checks included: Vehicle in right place, PDA report completed correctly, reported service in-line with client specification, service times correct and per the schedule
