Our extensive portfolio incorporates Amazon’s logistics sites across the UK. Amazon’s winter services are are delivered 24/7 between November and March and include mechanical gritting of car parks and delivery areas. OUTCO provides all winter services for Amazon’s 51 logistics sites across the UK, covering 600,000m2 of serviceable area. Daily pre-service and post-service reports are emailed to Amazon representatives, as are monthly attendance/activity reports.
Our client approached OUTCO following severe dilapidation to the entranceway into the safari park and main car parks. Repairs were required to 39 areas, with a limited budget due to the parks closure, in line with COVID pandemic protocols, OUTCO maximised the repairs within the budget available.
OUTCO have completed works at Walthamstow services situated on the A406 North Circular in London. Following a site survey the project was awarded to OUTCO that included over 550m² resurfacing, concrete repairs to eight areas of the forecourt area, the installation of new F900 Fibrelite inspection covers and thermoplastic marking.
As surfacing specialists in the retail environment, OUTCO was approached by our client, one of the UK’s biggest property management companies, to complete construction, maintenance and repair works at the Two Rivers Shopping Centre in Staines. A busy car park that is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week reaching an average of 4,000 customers a day.

Within hours of a call from our client, OUTCO were able to mobilise our Southern team to complete line marking works at the NHS Nightingale Hospital, Birmingham
