McArthurGlen approached OUTCO to complete a large-scale resurfacing and civil engineering project at their site in Ashford Kent. Ashford Designer Outlet is an architectural special, with the large 24,000m² car park in the centre of the egg-shaped structure offering 1090 parking spaces.
