Key client IKEA has been working with OUTCO for 6 years working under a performance-based contract. We deliver a full scope winter service to 29 sites – 2 offices, 3 logistics centres and 24 retail sites across the UK and Ireland.

OUTCO provides all winter services for Amazon’s 51 logistics sites across the UK, covering 600,000m2 of serviceable area. Daily pre-service and post-service reports are emailed to Amazon representatives, as are monthly attendance/activity reports.

Our client approached OUTCO following severe dilapidation to the entranceway into the safari park and main car parks. Repairs were required to 39 areas, with a limited budget due to the parks closure, in line with COVID pandemic protocols.

As surfacing specialists in the retail environment, OUTCO was approached by our client, one of the UK’s biggest property management companies, to complete construction, maintenance and repair works at the Two Rivers Shopping Centre in Staines.

OUTCO was asked by Supermarket giant Tesco to investigate possibilities to assist with the social distancing guidelines they would have to implement around their click and collect units at 245 stores.

TESCO approached waterproofing experts OUTCO to assist with repairs to the top deck to their Multi-Storey Car Park of their Superstore.

Tesco’s approached retail specialists OUTCO to complete critical car park repairs to its superstore in Brighouse.

Our client procured the services of petrochem specialists OUTCO to carry out major asphalt repair works to the existing and highly deteriorated HGV parking area of the service station at Easington East.
