Outdoor Estate Compliance
Detailed outdoor estate maintenance services and tailored service validation reports whenever and wherever required.
Service Excellence
In today’s world, validated data is a core requirement for every Facility Manager. OUTCO takes away this hassle and provides monthly reports giving the validated information required. We offer clients the peace of mind over every aspect of their outdoor estate and confidence that it is being managed effectively with job notifications for each specific task. Clients can rest assured that jobs that need doing have been carried out on time and validated.
We can also offer site-specific remote sensing reports, showing the state of the drains underneath, the trees that may cause problems and the areas of a carpark that need fixing or replacing.
Our reports come in a standard format for all our services, from winter gritting reporting through to grounds maintenance and surfacing, so rather than dealing with different sets of reporting from different companies, it is consistent, and it simply just works.
OUTCO validated service notifications
Digital job sheets are automatically issued to all teams and service notifications sent to clients in order to validate the service. This is followed by automatic completion reports which provide confirmation that a job has been successfully undertaken.
The OUTCO difference:
Real-time validation (most other tracking solutions on the market offer retrospective tracking and can only be done after the event). This means that each unique job raised every day can only be signed as complete on our system once several cross-checks have been verified
Validation checks included: Vehicle in right place, PDA report completed correctly, reported service in-line with client specification, service times correct and per the schedule
OUTCO automated validated service reports are issued to clients in real-time via email, our app, or available on our online portal
