OUTCO are delighted to be shortlisted in the UK PropTech Awards for Environmental Impact 2023.

The UK Property Technology Awards are dedicated to celebrating those that are leading the way towards a better future for the Property industry. Highlighting the companies and individuals who are striving to drive digital change across the industry and showcase inspirational digital projects that are really making a difference across the sector.

The Environmental Impact Award is focussed on companies successfully utilising technology to reduce carbon emissions or make significant improvements to the environment and how these solutions are enabling their clients to reduce their carbon footprint of their business or the buildings that they own, manage, or operate.

This award celebrates a PropTech company that has a technology solution which clearly has a positive benefit on the environment. OUTCO provides outdoor maintenance services for thousands of commercial properties enhancing, maintaining, and upgrading the outdoor estate for commercial property owners and landlords across the UK. We proactively manage the outdoor estate on behalf of our clients freeing them up to focus on other more important issues.

The awards were looking for companies in the property industry, specifically using technology to make significant improvements on their environmental impact and CO2 footprint. Our strategy is primarily focused on CO2 reduction, net zero by 2035, improving biodiversity and reducing environmental impact on our customers properties by changing the way they are maintained and or the materials we use.
