OUTCO, in partnership with Hanson, launch a new range of Reduced Emission Asphalt (REA) products help to minimise the impact of asphalt production and laying on local air quality.

Our client approached OUTCO to resurface a refurbishment project at an existing BP filling station. The new amenities include a shop, pharmacy, bakery, ATMs as well as new fuel pumps, jet wash and electric car charging points. However our client was looking for a sustainable material and asked the experts for assistance. This development would also generate around 25 new jobs for the local community.

Following some recent funding to the trust that was established in 1996, the client contacted OUTCO to assist in the redevelopment of their deteriorating footpaths. This enquiry came following a recommendation to the trust by a previous park and recreational project completed by an OUTCO Project Manager. With a site visit by OUTCO we were able to advise on some cost saving measures that enabled the client to extend the area of resurfacing in their initial plans.

Our client approached OUTCO following severe dilapidation to the entranceway into the safari park and main car parks. Repairs were required to 39 areas, with a limited budget due to the parks closure, in line with COVID pandemic protocols.

As surfacing specialists in the retail environment, OUTCO was approached by our client, one of the UK’s biggest property management companies, to complete construction, maintenance and repair works at the Two Rivers Shopping Centre in Staines.

OUTCO was asked by Supermarket giant Tesco to investigate possibilities to assist with the social distancing guidelines they would have to implement around their click and collect units at 245 stores.
