OUTCO drain surveys can investigate the pipe network within your site through CCTV camera systems. Identifying problems within the pipes to help you clear, clean and maintain your drain channels.
CCTV drain surveys provide you with a clearer picture of your drainage system, the cameras trawl your drain channels beneath the ground and delivery live pictures back to our operators. The cameras will not only identify blockages, cracked pipes, root intrusion and collapsed drains but will map your drainage systems allowing you to clearly see the network of drain pipes beneath the ground.
These live videos are put together in a report to help you with drain maintenance decisions.
Here at OUTCO we believe It is good practice to ensure that the sewer system in your commercial property is regularly checked for blockages or other drainage issues. Our Zone rated ATEX camera systems allows us to survey between 75mm and 1200mm in the most explosive atmospheres. A CCTV drainage survey can help you to diagnose the drainage problem quickly and accurately.
ATEX rated camera systems
ATEX is the name commonly given to the two European directives for controlling explosive atmospheres.
A good example of an ATEX Zone 1 or ATEX Zone 2 classified operation would be a chemical or petrochemical plant, where there is a heightened risk for explosion during the course of normal day-to-day operations.
Zone 1 is an area that is classified ‘as a place in which an explosive atmosphere consisting of a mixture with air or flammable substances in the form of gas, vapours and mists is likely to occur occasionally during normal operation’.
Petrol Filling Stations (PFS) require ATEX Zone 1 rated equipment.
If your site is experiencing problems with drainage, signs of which could be ponding in the car park or water build up within your drains or manholes, call the OUTCO drainage team.
