OUTCO have completed works at Walthamstow services situated on the A406 North Circular in London. Following a site survey the project was awarded to OUTCO that included over 550m² resurfacing, concrete repairs to eight areas of the forecourt area, the installation of new F900 Fibrelite inspection covers and thermoplastic marking.

NMC have completed works at Walthamstow services situated on the A406 North Circular in London. Following a site survey the project was awarded to NMC that included over 550m² resurfacing, concrete repairs to eight areas of the forecourt area, the installation of new F900 Fibrelite inspection covers and thermoplastic marking.
As experts in the petrochemical sector and having experience working previously at numerous petroleum sites, NMC was awarded the project at Walthamstow Services situated on the A502 in London. Due to several failings in the concrete forecourt and pot holes appearing in the asphalt surface around the entrance to the store, car park and access road, the site was closed to enable the works to be carried out safely.
Delivery
Due to the sites location a Traffic Management plan was put in place on the busy approach roads, closing access to the BP Service Area, this was critical to ensure the safety of the general public and passing motorists, but also it ensured minimal down time and disruption to our clients business.
The works incorporated 675m² of asphalt resurfacing, concrete repairs to eight locations in forecourt, installation of new F900 Fibrelite inspection covers and completed with a full re-fresh of the thermoplastic line markings.
The works were scheduled over three OHH night shifts to minimise disruption not only to the site itself but visitors and customers.
The site was completed with a high pressure deep clean and handed back to the client as scheduled.
